If you are a Martini-lover, then this is your kind of cocktail. Ben Brown, bartender at Porchlight, NYC created an elegant and floral take on a 50-50 Martini that fits just right as one of the spirit-forward highlights of their spring cocktail list. A couple of these and you're in for some tipsy trouble.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Hendrick's Gin
1.5 oz Lillet Blanc
3 Dashes of Creme de Violette
3 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Barspoon of Salted Falernum
Mixing Instructions: combine all ingredients in mixing glass and add ice. Thoroughly stir to dilute and chill. Once chilled, strain into glass.
